Teton Conservation District


Design recommendations have been developed for making fences more friendly for wildlife.  These are available from sources listed below.

Regulations may apply to fencing that is constructed on private lands in Teton County, Wyoming.

Regulations on Fencing in Teton County:

Teton County's Land Development Regulations (LDRs) address Wildlife Friendly Fencing, specifically at Article 5, Division 5.1, Section 5.1.2, page 163.  Please contact Teton County Planning and Development with specific questions.  The LDRs can be accessed here.
